Hey You 👋

I'm really glad that you're here.

I work alongside people on their mindset and confidence, not from a place of having it all figured out, but from understanding how much your internal world shapes everything.


Because most of the time, it's not that you don't know what to do... it's that something in your thoughts, your patterns, or your confidence is getting in the way.


Why I Do What I Do

A few years ago, everything felt like too much.


Life stacked up in ways I wasn't prepared for, burnout, loss, huge changes, and an AuDHD didn't work in the way I'd always been told that it should.


I tried to find support at that time, but it felt like I was being put in boxes and many things I tried, they just never worked for me.


So I started figuring things out in my own way, learning how to understand my mind, adapt tools to fit me, and rebuild my confidence from the ground up.


And that's what led me here.


This isn't "life coaching"

I don’t use that label. To me it suggests that someone has it all together, and that's not real.


I'm human. I'm still learning. Just like you.


I walk alongside you. We meet where you are.


We work on your mindset and confidence together, finding tools, approaches, ad ways of thinking that actually fit your life, your personality, and how your mind works.


My approach

My work is shaped by my own AuDHD lens. This means I naturally:

  • Notice patterns and thought loops quickly
  • Help you make sense of things that feel messy or overwhelming
  • Break things down without overcomplicating them
  • Adapt tools and processes to individualise them


I'm also an accredited journal therapy coach, so where it feels right for you, we can bring in guided journaling as part of the process. This isn't about "just writing your feelings down," It's a structured way of understanding what's going on beneath the surface, helping you process thoughts, build self-awareness, and create clarity in your own words.

And if journaling isn't your thing, that's completely fine too. 


This is a space where you can come as you are. I don't mask, and I don't expect you to either. We get to show up honestly here, scrambled thoughts, half-formed sentences, anxious stims, all of itis safe & welcome.


There's no rigid method here. We're not trying to force you into a "better version" of yourself. We're working with who you already are, and building from there.


What to expect

Sessions are 1:1 and are offered via Zoom, or at my studio in Lowestoft, Suffolk.


You don't need to prepare, you don't need to show up in a certain way. We start where you are.


This is a space you can:

  • Speak openly without overthinking
  • Untangle what's going on in your mind
  • Soothe your inner child
  • Slow things down enough to actually understand yourself


Some sessions will feel like a release. Some will feel grounding. Some will feel icky. Some will surprise you. Some will bring clarity you didn't expect.


How we work together

Everything is shaped around you. Your pace. Your personality. Your way of processing things.


We might:

  • Explore patterns that keep repeating
  • Build confidence in a way that is natural, not forced
  • Find tools that actually suit your lifestyle
  • Focus on small shifts that make a real difference day to day


No pressure. No one-size-fits-all approach.


What you might notice

  • Feeling clearer and less stuck in your own head
  • Making decisions with more ease
  • Labelling and allowing yourself to feel different, or new emotions
  • Trusting yourself a bit more each time
  • Letting things feel simpler, and less overwhelming


A final note

You don't need to be at breaking point to start. You don't need to have it all figured out. If something in you is asking for change, however quietly, that's enough.
