You don't have to have it all figured out. This is a place to start.
Maybe you're feeling stuck. Maybe your confidence has taken a knock. Maybe you're overthinking every decision and looking outside yourself for reassurance. Maybe life has changed and you're not quite sure who you are in this version of it. Or maybe you can't even put your finger on what's going on.
You just know something needs to change. I'm really glad you're here.
This is a space to slow things down, untangle what's going on in your head an to start making sense of what you need.
No judgement. No pretence. No one-size-fits-all formulas. Just you, me and some honest conversations.

I work alongside you on mindset, confidence, self-awareness and self-trust. Not from a place of having life completely figured out. Because I don't. I'm human. You're human. And you don't need someone sitting opposite you pretending they have all the answers.
What I can promise you is someone with high emotional intelligence. someone who holds space for your voice, someone who listens, someone who notices the patterns you're to close to see, and someone who may ask questions you hadn't thought to ask yourself.
Help you untangle the 47 thoughts currently fighting for attention in your head. And then help you work out what you want to do about them. That's what I do
There's no fixed checklist, because your are an individual. But to help manage the unknown you might find yourself exploring topics like:
And sometimes the thing we start with isn't the thing we end up working on. That's ok too. Because we're human and we're not tidy. And neither is life.
There's enough of that already. Honestly? ... Exhausting
I'm not remotely interested in turning you into somebody else. We're going to work with who you already are. Your personality. Your experiences. Your way of processing things. Your strengths. Your quirks. Your messy bits ... we'll find approaches that actually fit you. Because a tool isn't useful if it's not making your life easier.
More "someone in your corner who can help you make sense of the noise."
I naturally notice patterns and thought loops (an AuDHD gift to me). I like taking something that feels enormous and breaking it down into something you can actually work with. And I'm not afraid of the messy conversations. The half-finished thought. The "this probably sounds ridiculous but ..." The thing you've been thinking about for 6 months but haven't said out loud.
You don't have to package yourself up neatly in my company. You can show up. Exactly as you are.
And yes, we can journal too
I'm an accredited journal therapy coach, so where it feels right for you, I'll sometimes bring guided journaling into our work. Or you can opt for this as your entire modality.
Journaling isn't about me telling you to "write your feelings down" then over to you. It can help you slow your thoughts down, and visualise. It may help you notice patterns. Put words around feelings. Ask better questions. And sometimes help to uncover answers beneath the noise.
You don't have to be a journal person. And if journaling isn't your bag. That's completely fine. We'll work with what is.

Sessions are 1:1 and are available online via Zoom or in person at my studio in Lowestoft, Suffolk.
You don't need to prepare. You don't need to bring a beautifully organised list of goals. You don't even need to know what you're going to say. We start where you are.
Some sessions might feel like a huge release. Some might feel grounding. Some might feel validating. Some might feel testing and uncomfortable. Some might surprise you. Some might make you think "oof, I hadn't thought about it like that." And some might give you that lovely moment when something that's been circling around your head suddenly makes sense. That's the good stuff.
We might ...
Untangle what's going on. Get everything out of your head and start separating the actual problem from all the noise around it.
Notice the patterns. Look at the things that keep repeating, the thoughts. the behaviours, and the situations that leave you feeling stuck.
Build confidence differently. Not by forcing yourself to "bee confident", but by building evidence that you can trust yourself.
Find tools that actually fit. No rigid process. No rule book. No forcing yourself into someone elses version of how you're supposed to work.
Make small shifts. Because sometimes the biggest changes start with something surprisingly small.

Before we rush into "what's next?", we look at what's happening now.
Your thoughts. Your feelings. Your patterns. Your experiences. The things you keep doing. The things you keep avoiding. The things you want but you haven't quite admitted yet.
... We unpack it all. Because it's difficult to change something you haven't taken the time to understand.
Awareness comes before change.

Sometimes the thing holding us back isn't the situation. It's the story we've created around it.
I'm not ready. I'm not confident enough. What if I fail? What will people think? Other people are better at this than me.
We don't pretend those thoughts aren't there. We get curious about them. Then we challenge them.
Because a thought can FEEL true without actually BEING true.

Confidence isn't something you either have or don't have. It's something you build.
Through small decisions. Keeping promises to yourself. Trying things before you feel completely ready. Saying what you actually think. Setting the boundary. Learning that you can survive getting it wrong.
Self-trust is built through evidence. You rebuild it
Confidence isn't something you either have or don't have. It's something you build.
Through small decisions. Keeping promises to yourself. Trying things before you feel completely ready. Saying what you actually think. Setting the boundary. Learning that you can survive getting it wrong.
Self-trust is built through evidence. You rebuild it through action.
And then? You get to move forward. Not as some shiny, reinvented "new you". Just a more honest, confident and self-trusting version of you.
Because the goal isn't to become fearless. It's to stop letting fear make every decision for you. That's what rising looks like.
You might notice that you feel clearer. Get less stuck on your own head. Make decisions with a little more ease and a little less fatigue. Understand yourself better. Feel more comfortable with your emotions. Trust your own judgement a little more. Stop needing quite so much reassurance. Feel less overwhelm.
And maybe, eventually, you catch yourself doing something differently. And realise "oh, I don't think I would have done that before." That's progress.
You don't have to be at breaking point. You don't need to be in the mix of drama. You don't even need to know exactly what needs to change.
Sometimes there's just a quiet little voice saying "I think I want something different." Listen to it. You don't have to know where it leads yet.
There's a spiritual side to Risen Muse too. I'm a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Certified Intuitive Energy Healer, and if it feels right for you, we can bring elements into your sessions.
This might mean setting an intention, or drawing an oracle card. Perhaps it will feature exploring intuition, grounding, meditation or chakra work. Perhaps it will weave in tarot or pendulum work. All entirely optional and based on client preference.
You don't have to be spiritual. You don't have to believe in any of it. But ig you're curious. open-minded, and want to explore that side of yourself, then there's space for it here.
Then let's not make it a big decision. You don't have to commit to transforming your entire life. You don't have to promise yourself you'll suddenly sort your baggage out. You don't have to book more than one session.
You can simply enquire. We can have a conversation. You can tell me a bit about what's going on. And I'll tell you honestly whether I think I can help. Or if I think a different practitioner or service may be more beneficial.
No hard sales and no pressure. Because support should feel like something you're choosing from yourself from the outset. And the best person for you to work with, will get you the best outcomes.
Maybe you've been thinking about doing something like this for a while. Maybe you've read this whole page thinking "she's basically describing me." Maybe you're just curious.
Perhaps this is your sign yo stop thinking about it for the next six months. Drop me a message. You don't need the right words. You can literally start with "I don't really know where to start."
I'll open up the conversation from there.
You are not a problem to solve. You are not behind. You are not failing because you haven't figured it all out yet.
Stop comparing yourself to other people because it is a joy thief.
You don't have to become 'someone else' to have a life that feels good.
You've got this!
