Work doesn't happen in a vacuum.
People can bring their confidence, worries, self-doubt, relationships. life changes, busy brains and everything else that's going on outside the workplace with them.
And sometimes, what someone needs isn't a motivational talk or another copy and paste email.
That's where I can help. I work with employers who value their employees, and want to offer them meaningful, human support around confidence, self-trust, mindset, personal development and wellbeing. Employers who walk the walk & lead the way.
From confidential 1:! coaching to guided journal therapy workshops, or something totally bespoke. I create space in the workplace for your people. Practical support. Human Connection.

Not everyone wants the same kind of support. Some people would rather have a private conversation. Some prefer group work. Some need a space to think. Some just need someone to be asking the right questions. That's why I offer flexible options for businesses.
For over 20 years I have built a successful corporate career studying human behaviour, psychology, leadership and people along the way.
Working in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Employee Experience and Client Experience over this time has taught me one thing above all else. Employers that lead with heart & purpose, care about their employees, and invest in their people, have a happier, healthier and more productive workforce.
Passionate about my own continued development. Since 2023 I have achieved the following qualifications
to continue improving the employee wellbeing packages that I can deliver:
Accredited:
Life Coach
Meditation facilitator
Spiritual Life Coach
Intuitive Energy Healer
Journal Therapy Coach
A confidential space that's just for them.
Give your employees the opportunity to access individual coaching as part of their wellbeing or professional development support. Sessions can help employees explore areas such as:
Coaching can be particularly valuable during periods of change, whether that's stepping into a new role, returning to work, navigating a career transition. managing increased responsibility or simply feeling like they've lost their confidence somewhere along the way.
And importantly...Their coaching is their space.
The employee decides what they want to explore. Sessions are fully confidential, with clear boundaries around what is and isn't shared with the employer. You don't need to know what happens in the room, just that you've given your employee the space.
Get people away from the screen and back into their own heads.
Sometimes the best thing you can give a team isn't another presentation. It's an hour to stop. To move from a screen. To think. To write. To reflect.
And perhaps to realise something about themselves they hadn't stopped long enough to notice.
My guided journal therapy workshops bring journaling. self-reflection and coaching-style questions into an engaging group setting.
They're designed to be accessible even if your teams have never journaled before. And everything they need to participate will be provided.
Workshops can be tailored around your team's needs, but themes might include:
Confidence & Self-Belief. Understanding the internal voice that tells us we're not ready, ot capable or not good enough, and learning how to respond to it differently.
Self-trust & Decision Making. Helping people reconnect with their own judgement and become more comfortable in making decision without constantly looking for external reassurance.
Managing Overwhelm. Creating space to slow down busy thoughts, identify what's actually important and develop practical ways to manage mental clutter.
Boundaries. Exploring why saying 'no' can feel so difficult and how healthier boundaries can support both wellbeing and working relationships.
Reflection & Personal Growth. Giving employees dedicated time to step back from the day-today and think about where they are, what they need and what they want next.
Journaling for Wellbeing. Introducing simple journaling techniques that employees can continue using long after the workshop has finished.
Why Journaling?
Because quite frankly most of us spend our working days consuming information. Emails. Messages. Meetings. Deadlines. Notification. Decisions. Learning ... And very little time actually processing any of it.
Journaling creates a pause. It takes thoughts out of a head and puts them in front of someone. That small act can create space for reflection, perspective and clarity.
And the best part? It's a tool for people to take forward with them. Whilst the workshop ends, the journaling doesn't have to.
You know the kind. A mandatory wellbeing webinar. Everyone joins. Camera off. Someone talks at them for 45 minutes. And then nothing changes.
That's not what I'm interested in creating. My workshops are designed to be interactive, thoughtful and genuinely useful.
People get to participate (should they want to). They get to reflect. They get practical tools. And they leave with something they can use beyond the session.
I want my workshops to be inclusive too, so if there are any accessibility needs or accommodations required, then please let's have that discussion.
A little bit of something different?
There ca be a more intuitive and spiritual side to my work. I am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Certified Intuitive Energy Healer, and where it is appropriate, I can incorporate elements such as meditation and visualisation into both 1:1 coaching and workshops.
If that's not appropriate for your workplace then we don't introduce it, You choose the approach that fits your people.

Whilst this list is not exhaustive workplace support can work particularly well for:
Whether you have a team of 2 or a much larger organisation, I a happy to prepare a no-obligation proposal around your needs.
A Human Touch. I am not going to arrive speaking in corporate buzzwords.
Flexibility. I'll listen to your requirements and will shape my proposal and products around that.
Practicality. My commitment is that people will leave with tools they can use.
Professionalism. From how the sessions is structured, to conversations in the room, to confidentiality.
You don't need to create an enormous beast of an offering. You can start small. One workshop. A handful of coaching sessions. A wellbeing day. A speaker engagement at an event. A conversation.
Sometimes that's enough to make an employee feel "someone has actually thought about me as a person."
And that matters.
If you're looking for a different kind of employee wellbeing or personal development support, I'd love to hear what you're thinking.
Tell me a little about your organisation, your team and what you'd like to offer. We'll work out what makes sense.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation and we can take it from there.
